"Thank you for supporting Stino" message shows every start. #390

Pretty much the title. Every time I start sublime text, I get the "Thanks for supporting Stino!" console window pop-up in the message panel.

However, probably 90% of the time, I'm not even doing arduino stuff, and it gets quite annoying. Can you maybe make the message thing only pop up if you actually have a arduino file open?

Alternatively, I might be a derp and I'm just not seeing how to turn it off.
