Wishlist: I wish I can scroll the menus using a wheel on mouse... #409

Sorry, this is probably some restriction by the underlying Sublimetext and actually I wish it was fixed through all menus.

But I especially notice this when I do things like go to the Arduino menu and then to the Sketch folder and the sketch I am interested in is in the "Teensy Tests" sub menu which is maybe 50-100 items down, so I have to go to bottom and hold mouse button down on arrow for awhile until it finally is visible....

With the Arduino IDE and most windows apps, I simply bring up the menu and quickly scroll through using the mouses wheel.

Please feel free to close this if not appropriate. Thanks for all the great stuff!

This is the problem of Sublime Text, and I can do nothing to scroll the menu with mouse. But I group the menu list, I hope it will help.
