[ATtiny] Upload By Using Programmer -> greyed out #456

Hello, With plateform ATtiny (https://github.com/damellis/attiny) installed in Arduino-IDE card manager, the menu "Upload By Using Programmer" is greyed.

But everything works well in Arduino-IDE and i'm able to upload with Arduino as ISP.

Sublime text 3 Arduino-IDE : 1.8.x ATtiny : 1.0.2 (master) Stino : Last fresh version
