All options disabled. #471

I have all options disabled and all submenus say "refresh", but everything is disabled. Clean installation just extracted .zip.

Same here in a fresh install of ST3, 3.0 build 3143, Manjaro Linux 17.1 (recently installed). Just extracted zip file on a st3 packages folder. Arduino menu is present, but all options was disabled.
