I'm using Ubuntu 17.04 64, Sublime Text 3 3126, Arduino Uno... Every time when I select a menu (Arduino, Preferences, etc) or left click to a context menu anywhere in Sublime Text editor or change window (Alt-Tab to another running program) resets the program which is running in Arduino Uno.

I have exactly the same issue. Thus I can not work. I'm using: Linux Mint 18.1 (Ubuntu 16.04 64bit) Sublime Text 3 3143 *Arduino Pro Mini.
