Suggestions: Add hotkeys and etc. #512

You have a great IDE, but it has one big drawback - there are no hotkeys. It is VERY inconvenient to open the panel in order to transfer the sketch. And i need to do it regularly and routinely.

I suggest: 1) Add hotkeys for the Build and Upload and some other regular functions (like Alt+J -> Alt+B); 2) Add "Build & Upload" function (would be very convenient) 2) Move the above buttons to the top in the list items in the menu. It is inconvenient to look for them every time.

I set hotkeys by default Sublime Text keys manager
