BBB Readme still has BBBTest content - update it to just point to the right wiki page for 2017.
Main Readme has a number of broken links (referencing files whose name changed). Fix so they all work.
Add reademes for each major section (log file snagger, arduino encoder, prototyping shot calculators, data viewer). If there's already a wiki page, the readme should just link to the proper wiki page.
For new readme's that get created, be sure to be concise but descriptive (remember it will be the first thing read by someone who has never seen the software before). Capturing custom GIF's of what the content does and inserting them into the readmes would be great! (A picture is worth a thousand words, and most gif's playback at like 10 pictures per second, so....)
