Benchmark the network traffic while operating robot #85

Ensure, with all three websites up and running the robot in teleop, the peak network traffic to and from the driverstation does not exceed 7MBPS.

We need to benchmark this now, and should do so again right before bag day.

4.4MBPS benchmarked. good to go!
