Removed link to the Wiki. #7

Removed links to the Wiki, and added info from the Wiki home page to a new “kits and curricula” page, in preparation for removing the single existing Wiki page.

Ah, sorry for the overlap on this -- but thanks for your blessing on the change. I think since we have nothing else to put in the repos I was leaning to consolidate everything there and then as we move forward and iterate on activities, etc. hope a distinction between what goes on wiki, what stays in the repositories, and what goes in google docs will naturally become more obvious.
