New: Overhauls Readme and adds architecture image

An update for the Readme file. To me it makes it easier to process.

• Removes some v.2.0 since they make it easier to configure for ROS 2.0
• Extra feature and highlighting
• Add architecture image
• Adds paper reference
• Makes installation instructions code blocks
