Hi,

Im am trying to configure and generate this code using CMAKE 3.10.0. but I am getting an error when I try to configure the code (using VS 15 2017).

The error i get in CMAKE is the following: `The C compiler identification is MSVC 19.11.25547.0 The CXX compiler identification is MSVC 19.11.25547.0 Check for working C compiler: C:/Program Files (x86)/Microsoft Visual Studio/2017/Community/VC/Tools/MSVC/14.11.25503/bin/Hostx86/x86/cl.exe Check for working C compiler: C:/Program Files (x86)/Microsoft Visual Studio/2017/Community/VC/Tools/MSVC/14.11.25503/bin/Hostx86/x86/cl.exe -- works Detecting C compiler ABI info Detecting C compiler ABI info - done Check for working CXX compiler: C:/Program Files (x86)/Microsoft Visual Studio/2017/Community/VC/Tools/MSVC/14.11.25503/bin/Hostx86/x86/cl.exe Check for working CXX compiler: C:/Program Files (x86)/Microsoft Visual Studio/2017/Community/VC/Tools/MSVC/14.11.25503/bin/Hostx86/x86/cl.exe -- works Detecting CXX compiler ABI info Detecting CXX compiler ABI info - done Detecting CXX compile features Detecting CXX compile features - done CMake Warning (dev) at cmake/dd-macros.cmake:81 (elseif): Policy CMP0054 is not set: Only interpret if() arguments as variables or keywords when unquoted. Thus, I am trying to find the way to fix the "Could NOT find PythonLibs (missing: PYTHON_LIBRARIES PYTHON_INCLUDE_DIRS) " message in order to succesfully configure the code.

Any ideas on how to do that? thanks

You'll need to install python 2.7 development libraries. If installed correctly then CMake should be able to find python automatically, I think, otherwise you might have to manually set the cmake variables to point to your python installation.

Unfortunately I think you will run into additional issues with your build, since the Director build on Windows is not maintained. I think it was last tested in 2016 and required several manual workarounds. The supported platforms are mac and linux.
