install Drake #21276

What happened?

I got below error when I wanted to install Drake on my Mac

Error: Failure while executing; git clone https://github.com/RobotLocomotion/homebrew-drake /opt/homebrew/Library/Taps/robotlocomotion/homebrew-drake --origin=origin --template= --config core.fsmonitor=false exited with 128.

Error: Cask 'drake' definition is invalid: 'appcast' stanza failed with: Calling the appcast stanza is disabled! Use the livecheck stanza instead. Please report this issue to the robotlocomotion/director tap (not Homebrew/brew or Homebrew/homebrew-core), or even better, submit a PR to fix it: /opt/homebrew/Library/Taps/robotlocomotion/homebrew-director/Casks/drake.rb:36
