Thanks! I think it's a lot better now than when it started.

I imagine we'll learn more about the hwy "programming language" as we use it in more places.

I'll re-ping @SeanCurtis-TRI for a final review / platform review LGTM, please.

I pinged upstream about the HTML docs going stale, and the problem is fixed now. I changed the link back to the HTML.
