Morse and deployment plan #150

Action is linked to #8 (reallocated to following milestone)

  1. Wait for deployment plan usable in kepler version (see #149)
  2. Create the deployment plan for ONERA OARP
  3. Allocate the different due resources
  4. Use the plan and select the part that concerns MORSE generator
  5. Generate
