vertical menu in public web site #3

Here is grouped all the comment linked to the vertical menu.

there is a problem with the vertical menu as the text is not centered in the frame and moreover the "domain-specific language title is overlapping the area.

Actually, the menu onn the left is an assembly of an image and text. Sometimes it does not work so well. Is it possible to create an image on which some some parts can be active?
