Super excited and inspired by the project goals. Even though I personally do not have a history with diabetes, I know family and friends who do and would love to contribute to the project vision.

Thank you for your interest in the project and your submission. One issue, though, is that you deleted the eda_template.ipynb, so now others cannot use it. Could you please resolve this and send through another pull request?
