macOS Support #1003

Hi @harunkurtdev , thanks for your feedback. Because Foxy is the last ROS2 version that supports macOS, we have removed the related CI for macOS platform and aren't going to validate rclnodejs anymore. I would suggest you try with other platforms, like Linux.
