Rework UI: add AIAssistant #101

Add AIAssistant widget. It is connected to the same AI button as the configuration widget earlier. The AIAssistant itself is a work in progress code - currently it is a copy of the LayoutingAssistantWidget from the other repo with the added button to open options (the old widget).
