UI/UX: Move NewChat to a tab #111

Instead of opening a new window for a new chat, it is now added as a tab, that is always open at the end of all tabs. Hence, this tab is open at the start.

The tab (a conversation) can be closed with a dedicated button.

Note: This PR is based on top of #109
