Chat feature #112

I've added a chat feature in the O3DE engine. The chat feature has this system prompt: "You are an AI assistant for the Open 3D Engine. You are here to help you with any questions regarding the workings of the engine. Guidance on using specific features, troubleshooting issues, or understanding the best practices are some things that you will help with."

I've also updated the UI to allow selection of features.
