Fix Bedrock naming #78

I saw "Claude Bedrock" which is not acceptable. It needs to be "Amazon Bedrock" as a service to pick, followed by model selection which is based on a query (list models to select in the second step).

As a step towards that just rename it to "Amazon Bedrock hosted Claude 3.0 Opus" or similar.

Check for other mis-naming ("Bedrock" -> "Amazon Bedrock")
