Could you add a way to add tools (functions, terminology based on Anthropic nomenclature for function calling) available to the models. These are described as a json array, see https://docs.anthropic.com/en/docs/tool-use. The descriptions of functions can change (i.e. in order to better fascilitate a particular task) so it would be beneficial to have an API to add/remove tools.
