Create release for O3DE 2409 #66

Commit c272ed6 on the development branch is the one working with the latest O3DE release. This PR merges this commit to the main branch to create RGL release for O3DE 2409.x.

Note: it should be merged only after #64 to get the updated documentation. The tags listed in the PR #64 will be added after PRs are merged.
