[Pointcloud] Add Support for clouds without color #47 #51

If the cloud doesn't have colour fields it will use white. Resolves #47

This is tru, and probably can be fixed later. As this requires a bit of extra logic, which can be added after https://github.com/RobotecAI/robotec-o3de-tools/pull/52 is merged as this will simplyfy the code down the line
