Convert from ROS1 to ROS2. Tested on XDC2460

Is anyone going to merge this and make a release for ROS2 humble?

feel free to use it "as is". This repo has been deprecated and I myself don't use the controller anymore. Technically it should work on humble with or without minimal modification
