Add more controls to ros_control package #226

Description

This PR enables roslint to the ros_control package now called ca_control. Adding @serraramiro1 as FYI.

How Has This Been Tested?

# Gazebo
RVIZ=true ROS_CONTROL=true GUI=false roslaunch ca_gazebo create_empty_world.launch
# Real robot
RVIZ=true ROS_CONTROL=true roslaunch ca_bringup minimal.launch
