Shoot craps task #18

This task starts when we arrive at the dice field. The task ends when we've bumped the appropriate dice and have moved near the exit nav marker for the dice field. The task is responsible for tracking the dice, determining an approach direction to each one, bumping the appropriate dice to get the right total, and positioning the sub to exit the task. The task transitions to visual navigation to find the slots when complete.
