Thanks for reporting this. Please update the Android SDK tools to the latest version. In Eclipse go to Window -> Android SDK Manager and then select Android SDK tools and update to the latest version. Let me know how it goes.

Can you please install the API version 19, just under the SDK tools in the provided screenshot.

Many fixes in the latest version of Robotium Recorder. Please update (by following the install instructions again).
