updating Summit-XL kinetic to melodic #19

Hi there,

I got many issues with my Summit-XL, some may occur because of using still ROS kinetic. I would like to update the whole robot to Ubuntu 18.04 and ROS melodic, is there someting like a manual for this? I don´t trust myself with doing it on my own and ending up in a complete mess because of missing dependencies etc.
