Launching mencoder always show a Windows dialog box #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. launch mencoder.exe (with any parameters of your choice)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A Windows dialog box appears, saying something like this (translated from 
Italian):
Unable to find the disk in drive. Please insert a disk in the drive 
\Device\Harddisk1\DR1

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mplayer-svn-35691.7z
