missing _mktemp_s on WinXP #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Execute mplayer.exe on WinXP

MPlayer version:
r35921 binaries

Operating system:
WinXP SP3

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Missing _mktemp_s in msvcrt.dll

We can replace string 'mktemp_s' to 'mktemp' in exe file to temp fix, but I 
think this is right way.
