LCD example can be compiled but wont work. #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. compile the example for lcd in rev399
2. upload to 18f4550
3. run(it doesnt display anything)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I tried the lcd example on piguino 905, it worked ok but not in the rev399.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I used pinguino x3 re399, windows 7 32 bit.

Please provide any additional information below.

I had the same problem with 18F4550. Afer upload the PIC reboots and run led 
Blinks. In beta 9-05 works fine. I tried to use the lcd.pins and didn´t 
worked. None of the examples works.

Using rev399
Windows 7 64 bits
Using 4 bit mode.

The pins are: rs = 8, enable = 9, D4 = 4 D5 = 5, D6 = 6, D7 = 7.
