./pinguino.py --dev true does no longer launch the IDE. #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
./pinguino.py --dev true
NB : ./pinguino.py works perfectly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pinguino GUI is expected but there is nothing but splash-screen.
No error message inn console mode.

--dev option doesn't exist anymore.
