Legend Missing #5

Using Photoshop CS6 64-Bit. Fonts seem to all be notated but legend never draws. fontlegend

I ran the debugger. Looks like it gets hung on something everytime at the same place so the process doesn't complete. Manually forcing it through worked to get the legend. I think it hung on a undefined font.
