We will need a testing setup.

At the moment we've decided on Jest/Enzyme IIRC, but these haven't been put in.

Items we'll need tested:

Components
Containers (we shouldn't test mapStateToProps and mapDispatchToProps by default)
Ducks
Utils
Views?
