[Bug] File summary is broken #20

Problem behavior

The file summary at the end of the download operation does not list files. The logic depends on experimental download status tracking which was not merged into master. Implementation of this or the old tracking needs to be done.

File completion tracking was actually fine, but the faulty progress reporting messed it up.
