Add scripts to launch cardsflow & ROS2 bridge #2

Launches the cardsflow simulation and the ROS2 bridge with the script launch_simulation.sh. The script must be invoked from this folder and requires 3 environment variables to be set:

how about we put all those source commands, like source "/opt/ros/kinetic/setup.bash", into the .bashrc file of the Google Cloud VM? Wouldn't this be more convenient?
