Launches the cardsflow simulation and the ROS2 bridge with the script launch_simulation.sh. The script must be invoked from this folder and requires 3 environment variables to be set:

ROS2_WS (the installation folder of ROS2)
ROS2_ROBOY_WS (the workspace with the roboy_communication)
CARDSFLOW_WS (the catkin workspace with CARDSflow)

how about we put all those source commands, like source "/opt/ros/kinetic/setup.bash", into the .bashrc file of the Google Cloud VM? Wouldn't this be more convenient?

Talked with Alex, resolved to:

leave source commands out of the .bashrc file
add a README.md file
remove unnecessary script parameters in launch_simulation.sh
