What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Safari on your iPad
2. Open foo-httpcontrol website
3. Choose "Add to Home Screen"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect a shiny icon but all i get is a tiny screenshot of the website.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm running foobar2000 v1.1.1 and foo-httpcontrol 0.97.7/ajquery 0.66 on a
Windows 7 Ultimate N 64-bit and am accessing it via Safari (sorry, don't know
the version) on a first generation iPad running iOS 4.3.1.

Please provide any additional information below.
All you have to do is include
<link rel="apple-touch-icon" href="/ajquery/img/favicon.ico" />
in the header section of your index.html.
I guess filing this issue took longer than "implementing" the feature will. ;)

not that easy, really. to be done properly, this change would require creation
of additional template file for root requests and supplying separate
favicon.ico. looks like additional complication and clutter to me.
