Long-Polling #19

I would like to use AJAX-Long-Polling to reduce network traffic and be a little 
bit more @ realtime. Also it will be possible to control Foobar from different 
clients and all keept sync.
The "send data & close" event should be triggered by every foobar action 
regarding the current playlist, the playlist list, play, pause, stop, next, 
prev, seek (but not the normal play position change which occurs each second ;)
I think it will be easy to implement. Thx!
