Can't connect android to server on laptop. #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start http server
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I just want to make it work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Foobar2000 of course ,ready-made installator foobarCon_0.97.20-fc ,windows 7 
64bit ,android 4.2.2 cyanogenmod 10.1.

Please provide any additional information below.
I don't know how to make this work ,server works fine (I think) ,when I put 
adress with server ip on my browser on laptop it displays "FoobarCon is 
installed successfully" and foobar icon ,but when I hit same adress on phone 
the page is unavailable ,and foobarcon app do not catch connection to http 
server on laptop. I'm writing here ,couse I didn't noticed anyone with same 
problem. Can you help me somehow?
