I subscribed this repo so that I saw this issue by accident. This project is obviously a discontinued project. I'm not a developer so I can't provide you much information. But I did have tested this project in 2015, by installing a binary distribution of this project (and the Cyan voice bank), configuring it with UTAU and making it work. If you understand how UTAU works, I think it is not difficult to use it through the binary distribution.

And, I'm very glad to see someone is still interested in this open source project in 2020. Sadly, the author of this project has moved to a commercial project. But one can't live without money, at least in Asia. My "friends" (acquaintances) in the open source community all became busy after entering university or after graduating. The age that we create naive (but innovative) open source projects, has gone.

Release page in english was borken. Chinese page still works: http://rocaloid.github.io/sub/zh/download.html RUCE, compatible with UTAU/Cadencii; and virtual singer Cyan.

This project was no longer mantained and evloved to a closed source commercial software named Synthesizer V.
