• Submitted a PR for an improved issue template
• Assigned Issue: Standalone configuration is not acknowledged by binstub command to myself

• Work on Issue: Standalone configuration is not acknowledged by binstub command

• I'm unfamiliar with some of the terminologies I've encountered while looking over the Bundler issues - terms such as binstubs and the like are completely new to me, and I've had to take time to understand what they are and how they work in the context of the issues. I'm still in the process of getting familiar with the inner workings of the components.
