Reforging inspection #76

There has been some requests for implementing reforging with inspection so that when targeting a player (and inspecting him?) you will get the reforge packets of his items.

Is it possible to have it for master branch or will be 335 only?

@acidmanifesto unsure what you mean. But in any case, I dont have time to do any conversion or similar if that is what you are asking.
