Build a development environment #1

A development environment is required that will allow the use of subdomains.

Current plan is to have a secondary domain that will have wildcard DNS, this will point to an IP address that docker can be configured for.

Docker will run a webserver that allows any subdomain to be accepted and will direct the requests to the dJango app.

dev-faq.com has been registered as a domain that can be utilised for development.

Closing as initial dev environment is implemented. This will be further developed as required.
