A few issues encountered so far, mainly because only a subset of the classes is present:

seems to be a boog in training set generation triggered by there being only one image.
had to relax the preserve class distribution flag.
label colours not correct when showing results.

OK we have a result, fixed the label colours.

I'd like to get some closure on the other 2 issues though, rather than turning stuff off. Over to you Anthony.
