RunJob ignore content when called from CLI

Steps to Reproduce

• Create RunJobStep without InputFields
• Call Main Job from CLI
• Sometimes JobLog doesn't include any step from subJob (neither any substep works)

Expected Results GoogleDrive Job has 6steps inside so everystep should be visible in Log and be called Actual Results Job is Called but no Step in Job is Completed
