Inconsistent ordering of Primary and Rest of Name fields #149

Please flip the order of the Primary and Rest of Name elements on the Class0test (Patron user) Patron Logon Screen so Primary Name is listed first. This should be consistent with the Patrons Record and Patrons RDE which lists Primary Name first.
