Update JasperReports Library in ATR to test for collateral damage to reports #155

The new version of iReport adds an element when saving a report that causes an error with the AT.

What happens is that when you open a report created in the previous version of iReport and save it, it will take the linespacing="single" attribute in a "textElement" tag and create a new tag "paragraph" in the same node with the linespacing attribute. The error is:

The updated Jasper report library is already part of 2.5.3
