This is because there are no series or subseries within this finding aid. The top level is "otherlevel" and it has files as children. I can change the xsl to include "otherlevel" instances in the table of contents, only when they have children?
Sibyl, do we want Other Level to populate the Contents list? (Picture the RF diaries, with every diarist name warranting an entry in the contents column). I think this could be OK, and even preferable in the online environment, but it is divergent from the PDF display which displays only Series, subseries, RG, and Subgroup levels in the Table of Contents.
I think populating "otherlevel" in instances when they have children would be good.

There is nothing in the sidebar Contents List. Is this suppose to be this way? It looks there is information missing.
