Update for issues related to agents, children, ancestors #28

Fixes #22 , #18 , and reorders definitions to alphabetical order.

Let me know if this isn't what you were thinking. I essentially added an order field and external_identifiers to ancestors and children, and then changed a couple of things in agent_refs and term_refs.
